Elected to Hockey Hall of Fame in 1984.
Jacques Lemaire compiled a record of 617 wins and 458 losses and 124 ties in his coaching career with the Montreal Canadiens, New Jersey Devils and Minnesota Wild. He began coaching during the 1983 season and last coached during the 2010 campaign. Lemaire was elected to the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1984.
